I terrible post sale customer service! The car I purchased had numerous issues,being described as a "death trap" by my local reputsable garage that I took it to to get sorted out. Platinum failed to to so even though they say they are committed to sort it.
Billy, the owner, has a standard modus operandi - when you phone to complain or ask for assistance he tells you he will phone you back in 5 minutes and of course never does!
My advice - buy somewhere else.
